APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (NO. 5) ORDER, 2000.

(AN tORDÚ UM CHOMHAIRLEOIR SPEISIALTA A CHEAPADH (Uimh. 5), 2000).

WHEREAS the Taoiseach has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997) :

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (No. 5) Order, 2000.

2. The Government hereby appoints Ms Margaret Constance Una Claffey, of 82, Patrick Street Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin, as Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 13 November, 2000.
