HEALTH AND CHILDREN (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 2000. |

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977) , hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 2000. |
||||||||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Tom Moffatt, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children. |
