81. Nothing in this Order shall operate to prejudice or affect (a)any inherent or other jurisdiction exercisable by any court, division or judge of the High Court or by the Court of Appeal or [the Crown Court] or any judge of either of those Courts or of any other Court in relation to a solicitor whether by reason of his being deemed to be an officer of the Supreme Court or otherwise; or (b)any enactment empowering an unqualified person to conduct, defend or otherwise act in relation to any legal proceedings; or (c)any rights or privileges of the solicitor to any government department (including a department of the Government of the United Kingdom);
