SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1977 - SECT 15



15.[(1) Regulations may make provision

(a)for the requirements of any person to be met in prescribed circumstances by
the provision of goods or services instead of by making the whole or part of
any payment to which he would otherwise be entitled under this Order;

(b)for any provision of this Order or regulations under it to be disregarded
in connection with the provision of goods or services by virtue of
sub-paragraph (a);

(c)as to the manner of providing goods and services to be provided by virtue
of that sub-paragraph.]

(2) In relation to any goods or services provided in pursuance of this
Article, references in this Order to the amount of supplementary benefit shall
be taken to refer to the value of the goods or services.
