MATRIMONIAL CAUSES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978 - SECT 22



22. If in any proceedings for divorce, judicial separation or nullity of
marriage the respondent alleges and proves any such fact as is mentioned in
paragraph (2) of Article 3 or in Article 13(1) or Article 14 (treating the
respondent as the petitioner and the petitioner as the respondent for the
purposes of the said paragraph (2), and treating the petitioner as the
respondent for the purposes of paragraph (b), (e) or (f) of Article 14), the
court may give to the respondent the relief to which he would have been
entitled if he had presented a petition seeking that relief.
