Limitation on time for taking summary proceedings. 93. Without prejudice to section 31 of the Magistrates' Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1964, a prosecution against a registered society or branch or an officer thereof may be brought before a court of summary jurisdiction for the county or county borough in which the registered office of the society or branch is situate.
